Soil & Sovereignty: A Beginner’s Path
A starting place for those who feel called to reconnect with the Earth through nature & living soil and begin reclaiming sovereignty over their food, health, and way of living.
You don’t need to have experience.
You don’t need land.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to reconnect with the Earth, this is a place to begin.
Many of us have been disconnected from the very systems that sustain us.
We’ve been taught to see soil as dirt.
Food as something we consume, not something we’re in relationship with.
And self-sufficiency as something distant or inaccessible.
But living soil tells a different story.
One of regeneration.
Of cycles.
Of possibility.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
- What living soil actually is—and why it matters
- The role of decomposition and worms in restoring life to the Earth
- How soil connects to food, health, and independence
- Simple ways to begin working with soil in your everyday life
This is not about doing everything at once.
It’s about understanding where to begin.
By the end of our time together, you’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of what sovereignty can look like in your own life
Live (virtual or in-person — update this)
Duration: ~90 minutes

Once you join, you’ll receive everything you need to prepare.
A deeper sense of connection to the Earth
Practical steps you can begin immediately
This workshop is guided by Alyssia, a regenerative living educator and founder of Princess Gardens Worm Farm.
Her work centers on soil regeneration, community education, and helping people rebuild their relationship with the Earth through practical, lived experience.
You don’t need to wait until you have more space, more knowledge, or more resources.
You can begin with what you have.
And you can begin now.
