Soil & Sovereignty: A Beginner’s Path

A starting place for those who feel called to reconnect with the Earth through nature & living soil and begin reclaiming sovereignty over their food, health, and way of living.

A 5-week guided cohort for those who feel called to slow down, reconnect with the Earth, and begin living a softer, more intentional life.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need land, a garden, or a perfectly sustainable lifestyle.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to live differently; to slow down, to reconnect, to step out of survival mode and into something more intentional, this is a place to begin.

This is not a traditional course. It’s a space we enter together. A space to reflect, to unlearn, and to gently rebuild the way we live
in relationship with the Earth, and with ourselves.

Over five weeks, we’ll move through a process of awareness, reconnection, and integration.

Not rushed.
Not forced.
Just intentional.

Each week, we’ll gather and move through a different layer of regeneration:

Week 1 — Remembering the Life You Want
Getting clear on what a soft, connected life looks like for you.

Week 2 — Awareness of Waste
Looking at what you consume and discard, and understanding waste as part of a cycle.

Week 3 — Healing Through Nature
Reconnecting with the Earth through simple, grounded practices and an introduction to living soil.

Week 4 — Living Softly + Intentionally
Shifting out of urgency and into rhythms that support your well-being.

Week 5 — Building Your Regenerative Life
Creating a way forward that feels sustainable, aligned, and rooted in your values.

By the end of our time together, you won’t have everything “figured out”—
but you will have:

A clearer vision of the life you want to live

A deeper relationship with the Earth and natural systems

Practical ways to reduce waste and live more intentionally

A sense of grounding and direction moving forward

Length: 5 weeks Next Cohort Begins June 1st, 2026
Format: Live weekly sessions (90 minutes)
Location: Zoom
Energy Exchange: $150 (journal, pen, and candle included)

Spots are intentionally limited to keep the space intimate.

This space is guided by Alyssia, a regenerative living educator and founder of Princess Gardens Worm Farm.

Her work centers on soil, community, and helping people reconnect with the systems that sustain life—through practices that are simple, accessible, and lived.

There is another way to live.

Slower.
More connected.
More in tune with the Earth and with yourself.

You don’t have to arrive there all at once.

You just have to begin.
